Brian has spent eighteen years in the aviation industry as the owner of Griffin Aviation Insurance Group. Throughout his career, he has had the privilege of building strong relationships across all sectors of aviation. His client base includes operators, manufacturers, airports, and FBOs, with partnerships spanning the Americas, Europe, and Asia. Brian’s experience and global perspective have been instrumental in guiding PlaneSight’s development, vision, and strategic direction.

Spencer Bright

Vendor Relationships / Sales

Spencer is a graduate of Carson Newman University, where he earned a master’s degree in business administration and served as a catcher for the Carson Newman Baseball Team throughout his college career. He joined Griffin Aviation Insurance Group as a sales producer in 2024 and has quickly gained extensive knowledge of the aviation industry. Spencer has played a key role in shaping PlaneSight’s vendor selection process and continues to strengthen relationships that support the company’s growth.

Gage Griffin

Co-Founder / Sales

Gage is a high school junior who co-founded PlaneSight alongside his father, Brian Griffin. Through his exposure to the aviation industry, he has had the opportunity to meet numerous operators and experience flying a variety of aircraft. Gage will begin pursuing his private pilot rating this spring and will serve as a sales representative for PlaneSight, contributing fresh perspective and enthusiasm to the team.
